stupid phrases on bills

Alright, I'm a bit cranky today, but why does a FedEx bill say "Remittance Advice" on it? What's the "advice" part of it? Why don't they just say "YOU OWE US" or something equally straightforward?

Sheesh.

And I won't even start complaining about the impossibility of reading and understanding my cellphone bill.

Does ANYONE fully understand their phone bill any more??

The biggest laugh is that about every eight months the cell phone company comes out with a note regarding "simplification of billing statements".
