Once I started down the path of financial problems, it seems like not only did I start getting more mail from credit card but I also seemed to get more email from debt management companies, credit reporting firms, and similar. There is no National Do Not E-Mail Registry.

In fact, I found this cool article at the Federal Trace Commission talking all about this scam. They say that the site can be found at "unsub.us" and that it's a scam.

So now you know. Don't fall for it!
